CARTER EP oils are premium quality industrial gear lubricants designed to provid excellent extreme pressure (EP) and load carrying properties. They are oxidatively stable and exhibit anti-rust/anti-corrosion, demulsibility, and anti-foam characteristics.
CARTER EP oils are formulated with advanced sulfur-phosphorus chemistry whitch provides improved anti-wear and friction reducing properties, which in turn cause gear sets to operate cooler and more efficiently.

CARTER SH oils are premium quality, synthetic (PAO) industrial gear lubricants designed to provide excellent extreme pressure (EP) and load carrying properties. They were developed for enclosed industrial gears to provide optimim gear protection against scuffing under very severe conditions. Typical applications are: bevel and spur gears, heavily loaded bearings, and gear couplings.

High-Performance Synthetic (PAG) Based Industrial Gear Oils

CARTER PG oils are premium quality, synthetic polyglycol (PAG) based, industrial gear lubricants designed to provide excellent extreme pressure (EP) and load carrying properties. They were developed for the lubrication of enciosed industrial gears under the more severe conditions: high shock loads, extreme temperatures, and corrosive atmospheres. These products are highly recommended for worm gear applications.

CARTER PPG oils are polyglycol (PAG-based) lubricants wish are NOT compartible with most mineral and synthetic hydrocarbon oils such as polyalphadefins (PAO).
Compatibility with the gearbox componnents (seals,paints,etc.) must be checked.

Biodegradable Lubricant for Enclosed Gears

CARTER BIO oils are based on synthetic polyolester-based stock that are biodegradable per OECD 301B. These non-toxic and non-bioaccumulative oils are specifically design for applications in enviromentally sensitive areas.
CARTER BIO oils are formulated to extend lubricants life and lower friction and power consumption costs. They are ideal for wind turbines, and other applications where optimim gear/bearing protection is requered.

CARTER BIO can be used when CKC/CKD (ISO 12925-1) or CLP (DIN 51517-3) mineral lubricants performance levels are requested.
