The use of EXCELLIUM Concentrate Diesel can bring a significant reduction in operating costs to professionals, by providing fuel efficiency and economy, reduced maintenance costs and extended lifetime of engine parts.
The combination of complete engine cleanliness (both clean up and keep clean effects), friction reduction and combustion improvement provides immediate fuel efficiency (up to 5% - see test beds and field-tests results) and economy.
Day after day, engines can get fouled and their performance is limited due to the accumulation of deposits affecting sensitive parts.
EXCELLIUM Concentrate Diesel contains new deposit control additives which clean the injectors – the vital organs in diesel engines - and keep them clean.
EXCELLIUM Concentrate Diesel might prevent up to 93%1 of injector fouling. It can clean up as far as 45% 1 of existing fouling as from the second tank fill. Optimum fuel spray pattern and optimum fuel quantity (and timing) delivered to the combustion chamber are restored.
By eliminating injector deposits and improving combustion, EXCELLIUM Concentrate Diesel enables the engine to maintain its performance. Protection against wear, fuel degradation, water contamination and corrosion contribute to an extended lifetime of engines.

Accumulation of injector deposits not only penalizes fuel efficiency, it might also lead to operation troubles and engine malfunctioning. by keeping the injectors exceptionally clean over time, the occurrence of injector failure and unplanned engine maintenance is reduced*.
Corrosion level
Contamination of diesel fuel with water is a significant issue (also favorizing fuel corrosion tendency) and it is vital to separate it quickly and as much as possible from the fuel in case of ingress. EXCELLIUM Concentrate Diesel enables a rapid separation of the fuel from the water in order to eliminate it.
Injection systems are increasingly sensitive, thus enhancing the performance requirements of the filtration systems. By conferring the fuel with improved filtrability, EXCELLIUM Concentrate Diesel protects the diesel filter from premature clogging.
